Each day BEACH STREET SANDWICHES offers 3 or more sandwiches, and sometimes soup, from our extensive menu made up of locally-sourced, high-quality vegetables, meats, fish, and cheese.
Our Executive Chef, Gregory McCarty, spent the past ten years in kitchens with such chefs as Jean Georges Vongerichten and Nobu Matsuhisa (from Potato Peeler to Chef de Cuisine). At Beach Street Sandwiches he’s combining his Manhattan expertise with happy memories of summers in Nantucket where his culinary career launched.
Beach Street Sandwiches has a fully operational, health department approved kitchen in the truck. When not on-board, we use a professional kitchen. We're both culinary school graduates, certified National Food Safety Managers, and NYC Food Protection certified.
We are committed to supporting local farms and purveyors and small businesses of all sorts. More? We're part of Farm To Chef. And we're available for private parties and events.
